Analyze financial statements - Forward to the Board within time lines![]()
Establish relationship with vendors to increase quality of services provided and reduce costs ![]()
Screen all vendors and ensure they are licensed, insured and bonded ![]()
Confirm compliance with all governing documents ![]()
Oversee the maintenance of common areas ![]()
