Community’s charters as required

Propose and draft policies and resolutions as required

Train Board members regarding their duties

Provide the Board with minutes, action lists, and professional Board Packets

Review and confirm insurance coverage is sufficient and in effect, as directed by licensed insurance professional and mandated by the governing documents and state law  

Prepare bids specification, obtain bids and finalize contracts as applicable

Present yearly budget to the Association in a timely manner

Analyze financial statements - Forward to the Board within time lines

Establish relationship with vendors to increase quality of services provided and reduce costs

Screen all vendors and ensure they are licensed, insured and bonded

Confirm compliance with all governing documents

Oversee the maintenance of common areas
